Job Title: Restaurant Floor Manager

Al Bait Maeda Al Jadeed is a well-known Iranian restaurant recognized for its authentic cuisine, warm hospitality, and premium dining experience. We are seeking a professional and proactive Restaurant Floor Manager who can independently manage restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily floor operations to ensure a smooth service flow.
• Coordinate with service staff, reception, and kitchen teams to maintain timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure guests receive excellent hospitality and resolve complaints or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the floor and dining area.
• Assign duties and schedule shifts for servers, runners, hosts, and other floor staff.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring items are served fresh and according to standards.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver consistent service excellence.
• Work with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of required items on the floor.
• Ensure all floor operations comply with food safety and hygiene rules.
• Maintain daily operational reports, staff attendance, and performance records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Floor Manager / Captain / Supervisor in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Compulsory: Must speak Arabic fluently. (Communication with Arabic-speaking customers and external parties will be required.)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good knowledge of service flow, customer handling, and operational coordination.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic MS Excel for daily reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle fast-paced operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• F&B Manager: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
