What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20-50 legends.
• Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
• Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
