Job description:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create and promote seasonal menus and special events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer trends in the food service industry.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners for joint marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future strategies.
Organize and execute community outreach programs and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, and print materials.
Oversee the restaurant's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and email marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
