Job Summary: The Café Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining quality standards, and leading the team to create a welcoming environment. They assist in managing staff, inventory, and sales while ensuring the café runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Customer Service
- Oversee daily café activities, ensuring smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café.
2. Staff Management
- Supervise baristas, servers, and other café staff.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing attendance.
- Train new employees and ensure adherence to café policies.
- Motivate and support staff to maintain a positive work environment.
3. Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, food, and other supplies.
- Coordinate with store for timely restocking.
- Reduce waste and manage inventory costs efficiently.
4. Sales & Financial Duties
- Assist in cash handling and daily sales reporting.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Ensure accurate POS transactions and reconciliation.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain hygiene standards in food preparation and service.
- Adhere to company policies and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a café or hospitality industry (supervisory experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

- Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
