Req'd skills: Reinforced concrete design; post-tensioned concrete design, pre-stressed concrete design, structural steel design, building envelope design, ASTM compliance in destructive & non-destructive testing, air & water-resistant barriers, vapor barriers, tech specification design for restoration projects, confined spaces training, exploratory openings training, air-leakage site detection testing. Exp w/structural analysis sw ETABS, SAP 2000, AutoCAD, Revit, & Bluebeam Revu. Some telecommuting permitted. Local domestic travel to project sites as needed. $89,981/yr - $120,000/yr.
