Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all franchisees.
• Ensure all franchisees are supported and serviced in a timely manner.
• Resolve issues or delays in communication between the company and franchisees.
• Coordinate internally with relevant teams to address franchisee concerns.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with franchise partners.
• Ensure company standards and processes are consistently followed at all franchise
• outlets.
