Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Oversee day to day store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and visual displays.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales performance through effective strategies and team motivation.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales targets, conversion rates, and average transaction values.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff; schedule team members based on business needs.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Promote a positive, customer focused culture.
Inventory Management
- Oversee stock levels, ordering, receiving, and product replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and minimize shrinkage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Implement promotional campaigns and track results.
