  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets by promoting products and closing sales effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and promotions to confidently assist customers and make recommendations.
  • Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and stocked according to company standards and visual guidelines.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately, including payments, exchanges, and refunds, following company procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages or damages, and assist in inventory counts and restocking.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback or complaints to management for service improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a cooperative work environment.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively suggest complementary products or upgrades to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
