About Us

MyMa Kids Store is Kerala’s fast-growing kids’ retail chain offering high-quality baby products, toys, essentials, and kids’ fashion. We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team and provide an excellent in-store experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
• Assist customers in selecting baby products, toys, and kids’ items
• Maintain product knowledge and share features/benefits confidently
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and store displays are attractive
• Handle billing using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and store organisation
• Manage customer queries and provide exceptional service
• Support with daily sales targets and promotions
• Assist in unpacking and arranging new stock

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of baby/kids products (training will be provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude, team spirit & willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills preferred

Qualifications

• Plus Two / Degree
• Freshers can apply
• Previous retail experience is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
