We are currently hiring Sales Associates for our Oshkosh location. Sales Associates are responsible for assisting customers, using point of sale system, creating outfits, upselling, creating content for social media, sales and event setup/take down, coordinate/setup/attend pop-up events, merchandising, tagging, steaming, etc. This job requires you to be comfortable working with and interacting with the public.

*Please note this job requires standing for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, and cleaning. Weekend rotations are required. Position would include learning to pierce ears and place permanent jewelry.

This is a Part Time Position with weekday hours - Wednesdays & Thursdays 2:00-5:00pm, Fridays 1:00-5:00pm, and rotating Saturdays.

Ideal candidate would be 18+, have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
• Social media content creation.
• Strong organizational skills for managing stock and inventory effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
• Basic math skills for transaction processing and cash handling.
• Experience in upselling products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Previous experience in a boutique store or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
