• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary Package

• 20,000 – 30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills)

Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of the store, delivering a refined shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and upholding the brand’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience
• Understand customer preferences and recommend designer wear and accessories accordingly
• Provide in-depth product knowledge including fabric, styling, fit, and care
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
• Handle billing, POS operations, and payment transactions accurately
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and coordination with backend teams
• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining brand standards
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and retail best practices

Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in designer or fashion retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable personality with a strong customer-service mindset
• Passion for fashion and luxury retail
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
