Job Brief: Visual Merchandiser and Store Manager

Location: UAE

Salary Range: AED 2000 to AED 2600

Experience – 2-3 years in RETAIL SALE

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated result-driven Retail Counter Sales Representative.

To be successful as a retail counter salesperson, you should provide excellent customer service, consistently maintain the image and vision of the organization, and achieve the sales goals of the company.

An outstanding counter salesperson should display a positive attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintain an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Skills
Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Has at least 2-3 years retail experience.
• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Processing payments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good personal appearance.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the shop.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve all queries professionally.
• A willingness to learn is a must have.
• Achieving established goals/targets & increasing in store sales.
• Know how to use POS system.
• Must know English.

Job Role:

Manage transactions with customers using cash registers

Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets

Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information

Greet customers when entering or leaving the store

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Track transactions on POS and report any discrepancies

Handle merchandise returns and exchanges

Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:

1.Visual Display Responsibilities
2.Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
3.Maintain store display standards ensuring the brand image and company standards are projected at all times
4.Accountable for changing signs, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of fixtures, signage, lights, and equipment
5.Create monthly floor sets for rollouts
6.Facilitate sell-out of obsolete or overstock products through attractive displays
7.Align VM with commercial actions : new ranges, promotions, best sellers
8.Contribute to set-up in case of events/opening/sales
9.Demonstrate reactivity in term of shortage on best sellers
10.Where required, support with sales
11.Send reports and pictures to VM Manager and work closing with SM and team to maintain VM standards
12.Stay informed and report about city/mall/actuality/events environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,600.00 per month
