Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, engaging with shoppers, and promoting products effectively. This role involves assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating products, and ensuring the sales floor is well-organized and inviting. Bilingual skills are a plus, as is experience in supervising or leading sales initiatives. The Retail Sales Representative will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience and driving sales growth within our retail environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
• Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring attractive presentation
• Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment and stock rotation
• Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or follow-up calls
• Assist in supervising team members during shifts when applicable
• Support store cleanliness and organization to enhance the shopping environment

Qualifications

· Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

· Proficiency in English

· Basic Math skills

· Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Track record of over-achieving sales quota Hands-on experience with POS transactions

· Familiarity with inventory procedures

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus

· Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
