Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting mobile devices, wireless plans, accessories, and technical solutions that best meet their needs. You will provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshoot basic device issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, informed, and satisfying experience. The goal is to deliver exceptional service while consistently achieving and surpassing wireless sales targets.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales, returns, and exchanges
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage merchandising tasks including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining visual standards
• Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory counts
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Support supervising staff by mentoring new team members and overseeing daily operations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and merchandising techniques
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Supervising experience is preferred but not required; leadership qualities are a plus
• Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory management
• Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
