Devasya is a premium Indian womenswear brand known for elegant craftsmanship, contemporary ethnic designs, and stores located in Delhi’s prime shopping destinations. We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail operations and elevate the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Management

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards aligned with the brand aesthetic.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and timely coordination with the production/warehouse teams.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily reports.

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist customers with styling, product knowledge, and personalised shopping guidance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a warm and premium shopping experience.
• Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.

Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and work with the team to maximise conversions.
• Track and analyse store performance, footfall, and product trends.
• Suggest improvements to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage store staff.
• Create weekly schedules and ensure optimum staffing.
• Motivate the team to maintain high standards of service and store discipline.

Brand Representation

• Ensure the store reflects the brand ethos, décor, and visual language.
• Maintain product displays, trial room hygiene, ambience, and overall store upkeep.
• Represent Devasya professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in retail (fashion/ethnic wear preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a polished, presentable demeanor.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and good at problem-solving.
• Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, Excel, POS).
• Ability to work on weekends, festivals, and busy retail days.
• Aesthetic sense and interest in fashion styling is an added advantage.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience (can include incentives based on performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
