Retail Team Member

Kings House of Fire, one of Westchester County’s highest performing cannabis dispensaries, is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused team member to join our retail operations team. This role is essential to delivering an exceptional in store experience while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across sales and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Budtending and Customer Experience

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and compliant customer service
• Educate customers on products including flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, and accessories
• Assist customers with product selection based on needs and preferences
• Maintain compliance with all New York State cannabis regulations and store policies

Cashier and Point of Sale Operations

• Accurately process cash and debit transactions
• Handle the register with integrity and attention to detail
• Balance drawer at opening and closing
• Ensure all transactions are compliant and correctly recorded

Inventory Management

• Receive and verify deliveries
• Accurately log products into the inventory system
• Stock shelves and maintain product organization by category
• Track discrepancies and assist with inventory audits

Store Standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dispensary environment
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Assist with in store promotions, launches, and special events

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and technology based systems
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
