The Role
The Retouching Specialist ensures all brand imagery achieves a world-class, polished finish that reflects premium quality. This role involves advanced retouching of product, lifestyle, and architectural photography, including color correction, material enhancement, compositing, and background refinement. The specialist maintains strict visual consistency, manages large volumes of images with an organized workflow, and performs final quality checks before assets go live.

Requirements
The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of high-end retouching experience, a strong portfolio with before-and-after work, expert Photoshop skills, and an exceptional eye for detail, texture, color, and lighting. Patience, precision, and strong organizational skills are essential.
