Revenue Manager

We’re Hiring: Revenue Manager

We’re looking for a highly analytical and strategy-driven Revenue Manager to join our team and help us maximize revenue across all channels. If you have a strong background in hospitality revenue management and thrive in a data-driven environment, we’d love to connect!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize pricing strategies
• Conduct competitor and market analysis
• Manage dynamic pricing using PriceLabs (mandatory)
• Work with Guesty CRM and other tools to monitor performance
• Track key revenue KPIs (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, conversion, etc.)
• Identify new growth opportunities and optimize channel performance

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of revenue management experience
• Hospitality/short-term rental industry background
• Hands-on experience with PriceLabs is required
• Experience with Guesty CRM is a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Excellent forecasting, reporting, and communication skills
