Rigger Foreman

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and coordinate rigging teams, ensuring efficient and safe completion of tasks, often by providing guidance, training, and pre-task safety briefings.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all rigging operations, from offshore loading terminals to construction sites, adhere strictly to safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Planning and Coordination: Plan rigging operations, selecting the correct gear and organizing resources. This also involves coordinating with other professionals, such as crane operators, and liaising with supervisors to align with project timelines.
• Equipment Management: Inspect, maintain, and ensure the proper use of all rigging equipment, such as cables, pulleys, winches, and hoists.
• Hands-on Operations: Supervise the lifting, moving, and securing of heavy materials and equipment, which may involve working in challenging environments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed job and safety records for all rigging activities.
