Key responsibilities Staff management: Schedule employees, assign tasks, and conduct performance evaluations. They are also responsible for training, coaching, and resolving staff issues. Customer service: Ensure high-quality customer service, handle customer complaints and inquiries, and resolve issues promptly. Inventory control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, ordering new products, and conducting stock checks. Store operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards. Sales and performance: Motivate staff to meet sales targets, analyze sales performance, implement promotions, and manage store finances and budget.
