Patient Care & Clinical Duties

• Provide continuous medical care to all admitted patients in the ward.
• Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor vitals, treatment progress, and nursing notes.
• Ensure treatment is administered as per consultant doctor’s instructions.
• Attend to emergency cases in the ward and provide immediate medical intervention.

2. Coordination with Consultants & Nursing Team

• Update consultants about significant changes in patient condition.
• Assist consultants during rounds and implement their orders promptly.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure proper execution of treatment plans.

3. Documentation & Records

• Maintain accurate and updated patient case sheets, progress notes, treatment records, and medication charts.
• Ensure timely entry of all medical observations in HIS/EMR.
• Complete discharge summaries in coordination with consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
