RN Supervisor-Noc Shift

About the Role
St. Camillus Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN Supervisor to join our dedicated team. Under the direction of the LPN Unit Manager, the LPN Supervisor will provide support and oversight to Residential Aides (RAs), assist with resident care, and perform nursing tasks to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RA staff, ensuring compliance with care standards and policies.
• Assist with medication setup, audits, documentation, and monthly reviews.
• Monitor resident health, perform assessments, and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate on Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and attend weekly ISP meetings.
• Document changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and families.
• Provide feedback and participate in staff evaluations and training.
• Maintain compliance with DHS 83, Nurse Practice Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Participate in budget monitoring and professional networking activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current and unrestricted Wisconsin RN license.
• CBRF Certification as per DHS 83 requirements.
• CPR Certification required.
• Strong understanding of assisted living regulations and nursing practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Hours: 10:00pm-6:30am
64 Hours Per Pay Period
