Immediate Hires – Costco Roadshows (LA & OC)

Platinum West Consulting is hiring energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent top brands during in-store Costco Roadshows. These are high-energy promotional events where you engage shoppers, offer samples or demos, and help drive sales.

Two-month position with option for long-term placement.

Job Summary

As a Roadshow Brand Ambassador, you will greet customers, explain product benefits, run samples/demos, and maintain a clean, professional booth. This role is ideal for people who enjoy talking to customers, want consistent hours, and thrive in fast-paced retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with friendly conversation and product education
• Conduct demos and explain key features and benefits
• Support sales by guiding customers to purchase decisions
• Set up, operate, and break down the booth each day
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized display
• Collect simple customer data when required
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or event experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication; comfortable engaging with crowds
• Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Reliable transportation

Flexible Scheduling

Roadshows run daily (peak Thu–Mon). All schedules include meal periods.

Shift Options:

• Green: 8:30 AM–8:30 PM (Two 1-hour lunches)
• Blue: 9:30 AM–8:30 PM (Two 45-min lunches)
• Purple: 8:30 AM–7:00 PM (Two 45-min lunches)
• Yellow: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Orange A: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM (45-min lunch)
• Orange B: 2:30 PM–8:30 PM (45-min lunch)

Overtime approved when scheduled.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
