GSM Roofing is searching for a driven Roof Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this high-impact role, youll perform detailed roof assessments, support our estimating and sales team, and help clients make confident, informed decisions that protect their facilities and investments.

This isnt a roofing installation job its a technical field role for someone who loves problem-solving, technology, and being a trusted advisor to customers.

Description/Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct professional roof assessments, moisture surveys, and system evaluations
• Perform drone and thermal/IR inspections (training provided if needed)
• Document site findings with photos, notes, measurements, and roof assembly details.
• Translate field results into accurate reports and recommendations
• Partner with Sales & Estimating during client meetings and proposal reviews
• Assist with leak and warranty investigations as needed

Requirements:

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 35+ years of commercial roofing, inspections, building envelope, or related experience
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in roof system science
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid PA drivers license and clean driving record required
• Infrared Thermographer certification preferred
• FAA Part 107 drone license preferred
• RRO/RRC/RRA or manufacturer credentials preferred
