Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hygiene standards ensuring all areas meet inspection requirements
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and maintain housekeeping trolleys with necessary items
• Assist guests courteously with any requests or queries such as providing extra amenities or room directions
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor promptly
• Manage and control cleaning materials to minimize waste and ensure proper usage
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and periodic room inspections as assigned
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in all housekeeping operations
