Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily room assignments, pre-registrations, and guest arrivals to ensure seamless check-in processes.
  • Coordinate and prepare key packets, guest amenities, and special requests in advance.
  • Communicate room status updates with front office, housekeeping, and other departments.
  • Monitor and manage out-of-order and out-of-service rooms to optimize availability.
  • Review and process reservation modifications, cancellations, and group check-ins.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accuracy in room allocation and billing.
  • Maintain records and ensure accuracy of room inventory and status reports.
  • Assist in maintaining brand service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
