Rotational Pharmacist ( Male )

What You Will Do | Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Interaction & Dispensing

• Greet patients and offer a supportive, professional experience.
• Review and verify prescriptions thoroughly.
• Calculate dosages accurately and explain the amount and mode of payment (online/cash/card).
• Enroll the patient’s name in Med-Vision Pharma software.
• Retrieve medicines from racks, print bills, and cross-check medicines with the bill (quantity, MRP).
• Pack medicines carefully and hand them over to the patient — for cold-chain medicines, use ice packs as per protocol.
• Check for contraindications and ensure proper storage and handling instructions are followed.
• For doctor-prescribed ET1 & ET2 medicines, apply the required stamps on the prescription and note taken days.
• Ensure timely cash submission of the last bill of the day.

Daily Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare the Daily Tracking Report of ET1 & ET2 patients.
• Maintain ET1 & ET2 Google Sheet and share updates on the ET1 & ET2 group.
• Prepare the Daily Injection Tracking Report (opening & closing) in Excel.
• Share the PraxIn daily injection report on the Pharma WhatsApp group.
• Take signatures of authorized personnel (Consultant, Sisters, RMO, Centre Head) on the injection tracking report.
• Maintain and update the Injection File.
• Close daily medicine sale reports from Med-Vision.
• Count cash and prepare the daily sale submission report (Cash, Online & Card settlement).
• Share all daily reports on the Pharma group.

What You Need to Have | Job Specifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D.
• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations.
• Language: Marathi (mandatory), Hindi & English preferred.
• Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.
• Shift Requirement: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening based on hospital schedule).
• Skills: Attention to detail, accuracy in dispensing, patient-handling skills, documentation ability, and discipline in reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
