Rubber Injection Machine Operator / Helper

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Rubber Injection Machine Operator / Helper to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have previous factory experience and be able to communicate in basic English. Full training will be provided. Attractive benefits will be offered to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in operating rubber injection and compression molding machines.
• Prepare molds, materials, and tools before production.
• Load raw materials into machines and ensure smooth operation during production.
• Assist with molding, trimming, cutting, and inspection of rubber products.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintain a clean working area.
• Follow safety rules, production standards, and quality requirements.
• Support senior machine operators in daily production tasks.

Requirements

• Basic English communication is mandatory.
• Previous factory or industrial experience preferred (rubber or plastics industry is an advantage).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for long hours, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn machine operations and follow instructions.
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet production targets.
