JD pointers for Runner:

1. Market information capturing in terms of the upcoming high end residences / on-going constructions.

2. Details of Architect/ designer / PMC/ Client.

3. Interaction and building relationships with the project supervisors, site in charge at the construction sites for future references.

4. Upcoming architects, delivering catalogues etc. at the respective places.

5. Fetching Details of contact numbers of all the architects/ designers / clients.

6. Flexible in terms of commuting / timings as the entire Delhi Ncr needs to be tapped.

7. Regular follow ups with the internal team.

8. Abiding the set parameters shared with the runner.

Who could be a value addition in the team. Their main agenda shall be to find out maximum live / on-going high end residential sites across Delhi ncr territory.

Set parameters I will highlight accordingly. The hired people (runner) could be stationed at any location, as the key role would be to be present in the market as much as possible and get the respective data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
