Adam S. Kutner Injury Attorneys is searching for a highly dependable, resourceful, and Executive Assistant/Runner. In this role, you’ll serve as an essential extension of the CEO — running legal and personal errands, handling sensitive documents.

This position requires flexibility in your work schedule. You’ll need to be comfortable working long hours, pivoting quickly, and operating independently under pressure — while maintaining discretion, dependability, and professionalism at all times.

This position does require travel, at times.

What You’ll Do

• Run executive errands including dry cleaning, food orders, and vendor pickups
• Provide security to the CEO, as needed
• Represent Adam S. Kutner Injury Attorneys with integrity in every interaction

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and applicants must be at least 25 years of age per insurance purposes.
• A clean driving record
• Travel out of town for extended periods
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take direction
• High level of trust, confidentiality, and accountability
• Bilingual in Spanish, able to assist with translation and support Spanish-speaking clients.
