Job Description: Russian Language Trainer – IIFL Sector 102, Gurgaon

Position: Russian Language Trainer
Location: Sector 102, Gurgaon (IIFL)
Job Type: Offline / Full-time or Part-time
Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with strong proficiency can also apply) Key Responsibilities

• Teach Russian language to students at beginner and intermediate levels.
• Plan and deliver interactive offline classes with focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Prepare students for international exams, interviews, and professional use of Russian language.
• Create lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and track student progress.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and use modern teaching methodologies.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and high-quality training standards at IIFL.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong command over Russian language (Native/Fluent/Certified).
• Graduation in any field (Language certification preferred).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to handle offline classes confidently.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Prior experience in language training is an advantage.
