Safety Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment across our projects. This position will oversee all aspects of safety — from training and audits to incident investigation and regulatory compliance — while fostering a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support field safety programs across multiple job sites.

• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.

• Provide training and coaching to employees and subcontractors on safe work practices.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and property damage; recommend corrective actions.

• Maintain OSHA logs, safety records, and required documentation.

• Partner with project management and field supervision to develop site-specific safety plans.

• Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership regarding safety performance and trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of safety experience in heavy civil, industrial, or construction environments.

• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 standards; CHST, CSP, or similar certifications preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Commitment to building and maintaining a strong safety culture.
