  • Implement Safety Policies – Enforce company and local EH&S standards across sites, ensuring legal and company compliance.
  • Risk Assessment – Identify workplace hazards, conduct site inspections, and recommend control measures.
  • Incident Management – Investigate accidents/near-misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Training & Awareness – Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher sessions for staff and subcontractors.
  • Audits & Reporting – Carry out regular safety audits, maintain records, and submit reports to management.
  • Field Supervision – Monitor installation and maintenance activities, ensure safe work practices and PPE compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement – Promote a positive safety culture and recommend improvements in safety systems.
