Position Overview

The Safety Officer will ensure that all site activities adhere to safety standards, statutory requirements, and internal compliance protocols. The role involves monitoring site operations, conducting safety training, and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor safety procedures at the construction site.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
• Identify potential risks and enforce corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, PPE usage, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and daily inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams for safe execution of work.
• Investigate accidents/near-miss cases and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Safety Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction safety.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Ability to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Good communication and training skills.
• Attention to detail and risk-assessment ability.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence teams and enforce safety discipline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
