Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update sales data into company systems accurately and on time
  • Maintain and organize sales records, invoices, and documentation
  • Coordinate with the sales team to collect necessary data and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain data confidentiality
  • Assist in other administrative and reporting tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field (sales data entry, data management, admin, or similar)
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Excel and data management software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
