Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, generating, and nurturing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions using Vyond's video creation platform. You will collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify, pursue, and develop business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Customer Service to provide support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals in a professional, results-driven setting
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in SaaS, sales, or B2B environments is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
