Job Description :

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Hunt and close new B2B clients via cold calls, face-to-face pitches & events along with scanning areas to generate SQL's and ROI's .
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects
  • Turn sales briefs into deals with confidence.
  • Ensure efficient client transitions and agreement execution.
  • Drive weekly/monthly reporting & sales insights.
  • Push the boundaries with creative ideas and feedback from the market and field
  • Act as the point of contact and handle clients’ needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the support team to provide the best solutions to the clients.
  • Responsible for contacting potential customers to prospect for a new business.
  • Grow our sales pipeline.
  • Arrange meetings with clients and make a presentation of our products.
  • Prepare Quotations.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Taking feedback from clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Retain unsatisfied clients.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.


Job Requirements :

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • Tele-Sales and Account Managing familiarity/background are required.
  • 2+ years in sales (1+ years in SaaS / ERP / POS / E-Commerce).
  • Background in Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with all tools we will provide (CRM, Genesys, Etc...)
  • Fast learner.
  • Target & Result oriented (dealt with huge targets before) is a MUST
  • Very good English skills.
  • Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good listener.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Lead generation skills is a Must.
