Job Title: Sales Account Manager (B2B) – Night Shift (US Market)
Location: College Chowk, Main Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi. (On-site)
Shift Timing: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (PKST)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Account Manager (B2B) to join our US Sales Department. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with international clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B cold calls to generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients
• Manage and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups
• Maintain records and pipelines using CRM software
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Cold Calling (US Market preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Confident, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
