Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager - Pharmacies based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves maintaining and nurturing relationships with pharmacies to ensure account growth. The manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving sales. Additionally, the role requires clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction within the sales or pharmacy sector
• Proficiency in Customer Service, including addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively
• Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients and collaborate with team members
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, achieve sales targets, and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or beauty product industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
