Sales and Account Manager

Based in Dubai/Sharjah/RAK with frequent travel across these areas. Permanent/Full-time contractor. Salary dependent on experience: Base + OTE.

At Soluis we create engaging experiences beyond the boundaries of imagination, leveraging real-time game platforms across the entire range of xR platforms. We partner with world leading organisations, focusing on real estate and using technology to engage audiences with real time games platforms.

Due to growth, we're looking for a driven Sales & Account Manager with deep knowledge of architectural visualisation, CGI, VR, Real Estate and/or digital twin solutions in the UAE. You'll use your existing contacts and industry expertise to develop new business, manage key accounts, and deliver projects at pace.

You Will
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and key accounts.
  • Translate complex visualisation capabilities into clear client value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal production teams to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and demos to clients.
You Have
  • 4+ years' sales or account management experience in architectural visualisation, CGI, or Real Estate media.
  • Strong UAE network and proven ability to close deals.
  • Deep understanding of 3D production, VR, or digital twin workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a results driven mindset.
  • A full driving licence (required to drive in UAE).
  • Experience of events is also desired.

With experience working in the UAE, you should have fluent written and spoken English and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
