We are looking for a motivated and well-presented Sales / Admin Executive to join our growing safety and third-party inspection consultancy team. The role will mainly focus on supporting sales activities and administrative coordination, with strong interaction with clients and internal technical teams.

The ideal candidate should be friendly, customer-focused, and capable of handling both front-line communication and office coordination tasks in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote safety consultancy and inspection services to construction, industrial, and commercial clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, leads, and service inquiries to convert them into confirmed projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors
  • Handle administrative tasks including document preparation, filing, and record management
  • Maintain office records, service logs, and internal documentation
  • Provide administrative support to sales and technical teams
  • Strong interest in sales and administrative work
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
  • Customer-focused with a professional attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and email communication
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Background in customer service, sales support, or office coordination
  • Experience in consultancy, inspection, or construction-related companies
  • Tagalog language skills are an added advantage
