We are looking for a Sales Admin cum Admin to support our car sales operations and assist with general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales, customers, and management, handling vehicle-related documentation and day-to-day office tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities: Sales Administration:
  • Maintain and update vehicle listings, stock availability, and customer information in the system.
  • Able to have good communication skills and initiating actions
  • Sending quotation to customers
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling (leads given), networking and social media
  • Constant follow up with existing customers via call or whatsapp
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Assist the sales team with follow-ups and viewings.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and commission summaries for management review.
Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders for vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicle and company documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Follow ups on pending accident claims cases
  • Coordinate with workshops, accessories vendors, and car grooming partners to make sure invoice is given in order.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • No experience welcome
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday (5.5days)

Salary:

SGD + commissions
