We are rapidly expanding our Dr. Dish Basketball team, and looking for a driven, detailed-oriented team member to assist on the administrative and operational side of our Sales Team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer inbound phone calls and direct to the appropriate departments (Sales, Customer Service, Operations, HR, Accounting, etc.).
- Update (data entry): Sales Numbers, Goals, Sales Sources, Activity Data, and other applicable documents and reports as needed.
- Become efficient administratively for Company’s CRM (Hubspot) and Shopify
- Create and segment lists for mass sales application
- Manage all sales personnel Hubspot Dashboards and Reports
- Audit and reconcile all Sales via CRM (Hubspot) for reporting purposes
- Manage, correct and report on CRM Corrections for business development personnel
- Follow up on all (non-refundable) DEPOSIT orders, in an attempt to collect remaining funds and fulfill orders
- Manage Hubspot or Kixie phone operation
- Manage or assist other administrative sales duties (Chats, Hoopla, Geomapper)
- Report on sales metrics quarterly, with the assistance of VP of Sales and Service and Associate Marketing Manager
- Execute Ad Hoc analysis and sales workflows
- Manage and execute referral program
- Manage Sales Wikipedia
- Communicate and prepare sales representatives in the full execution of clinics/events.
- Travel to clinics as a brand ambassador 20-30% of your time
