About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our Elite Yacht Division. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing yachts, providing expert guidance, professional consultation, and a premium buying experience.
This role requires a blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver outstanding service to high-profile clients while achieving sales targets and upholding the company’s luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and identify their yacht preferences and requirements.
- Present and explain yacht models, features, specifications, and performance capabilities.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and financing options as needed.
- Conduct yacht demonstrations and participate in test sails or viewings when required.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales.
- Coordinate with technical, service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth yacht handovers.
- Upsell additional services such as insurance, extended warranties, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, and sales documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or Marine Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales within the automotive, marine, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical understanding of yachts, specifications, and customization options.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Requirements
- Transferable residency (VISA 18 Regular).
- Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
- Age not more than 40 years old.
- Prior experience handling VIP or high-net-worth clientele is an advantage.
