We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to lease out our serviced offices, coworking desks, and meeting rooms. The role is focused on handling enquiries, conducting viewings, and closing leasing deals while ensuring a professional experience for every client.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in: o Leasing (offices / commercial / residen�al), or o Business center / coworking space, or o B2B sales / customer-facing roles
Strong communica�on, presenta�on, and nego�a�on skills.
Comfortable dealing with business owners, managers, and startups.
Good English (spoken & writen) is mandatory.
Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp, CRM or lead sheets).
Presentable, professional, and target-driven personality.
Valid Qatar ID; transferable visa preffered.
Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all leasing enquiries received via WhatsApp, phone, email, online portals, and walk-ins.
Understand client requirements (MOCI / QFC / trade license needs, business type, team size, budget).
Recommend suitable offices, desks, or packages based on client requirements.
Arrange and conduct property tours of offices, coworking areas, and meetng/training rooms.
Prepare and share quotations, offers, and lease agreements as per company standards.
Follow up systema�cally with prospects un�l lease is signed / deal is closed.
Maintain an updated lead / leasing tracker or CRM with status, follow-up dates, and notes.
Coordinate with accounts and opera�ons teams for move-in, contract prepara�on, renewals, and tenant onboarding.
Build and maintain a network of referral partners (company forma�on consultants, PROs, agents, auditors, etc.).
Keep updated knowledge of vacant units, pricing, promo�ons, and leasing policies.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly leasing targets set by management.
