Sales Agent Wanted for Call Center

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Agent to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting small and mediumsized businesses to promote our service offerings, identify client needs and close sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This position requires strong sales skills, excellent English communication and the ability to clearly present product or service benefits to potential clients in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of telemarketing or B2B sales experience (call center or outbound sales experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to understand and explain service offerings clearly to potential clients.
• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to promote company services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into paying customers.
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, and provide appropriate service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Good basic salary plus high commission.
