Amatis is seeking a Sales and Business Development Specialist to accelerate its growth across the MENA region by actively identifying and converting new business opportunities in AI-powered software solutions and digital transformation services .

We build AI-driven products and deliver custom software projects in healthcare, defence, infrastructure, and enterprise technologies — with a core mission to drive AI adoption and data-centric innovation across industries.


Role Summary

We are looking for a true hunter — someone who thrives on creating new leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and bringing qualified opportunities to the table.

You’ll be responsible for generating, nurturing, and closing B2B opportunities in AI and digital transformation domains, working closely with our product and delivery teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads across the MENA region
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations to convert opportunities into signed projects
  • Collaborate with technical and management teams to create tailored proposals
  • Represent Amatis at regional tech events and client meetings


Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years in software, SaaS, or AI solution sales
  • Proven lead generation and deal-closing experience
  • Existing network or sales exposure in the MENA region
  • Knowledge of AI, healthtech, or digital transformation is highly valued
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus); strong communication and negotiation skills
