We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional company image at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
  • Contribute to improving customer service procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
