Sales and Design Consultant

Job Title: Design Consultant / Sales Specialist:

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Design Consultant / Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, providing estimates, and successfully closing sales. You will work closely with clients from the initial consultation to project handover, ensuring their vision is realized through innovative design solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

- Conduct initial meetings with potential clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.

- Explain the company’s offerings, services, and process, building rapport and trust.

2. Project Estimation:

- Prepare and present detailed estimates based on the client’s requirements, providing clear cost breakdowns and timelines.

- Adjust proposals based on client feedback and ensure alignment with their budget and expectations.

3. Sales & Closure:

- Lead clients through the sales funnel, addressing queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless decision-making process.

- Close deals by negotiating terms and ensuring clients are satisfied with the project scope, design, and budget.

4. Collaboration with Design Teams:

- Work with the internal design and execution teams to ensure the client’s vision is accurately captured and delivered.

- Ensure smooth communication between clients and design teams to avoid discrepancies during execution.

5. Customer Service & Follow-up:

- Maintain excellent post-sales relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

- Gather feedback to continuously improve service and client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in interior design sales or related roles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into design solutions.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using excel. email ettiquettes

- A self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for interior design and customer satisfaction.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related fields.
