Required skills and qualifications

· Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like logistics or supply chain management is often preferred.

· Experience: Proven 2 to 5 yrs experience in a dispatch and sales coordination role.

· Technical skills: CRM / SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.

o Organization and multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Job responsibilities

o Process customer inquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

o Coordinate with the sales team to manage sales pipelines and targets.

o Prepare and maintain documentation, such as invoices and reports.

o Manage customer databases in SAP and CRM systems.

o Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of goods, including creating delivery routes.

o Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to customers and internal teams.

o Act as a point of contact between sales, production, logistics, and accounts departments.

o Provide customers with dispatch updates and address any post-sales inquiries.

o Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and sales activities.

o Prepare and analyze reports to help identify trends and areas for improvement.

o Assist with administrative tasks related to sales and dispatch documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
